What Are the Shipping Costs?
Do You Deliver To My Country?
We deliver to USA, Canada, Europe, UK, New Zealand, Australia and many other countries worldwide. If your country comes up in our list at checkout, then you're right to go!
Shipping remains the same. $7.00 Flat and FREE over $50.00
How Long Does Shipping Take?
In most instances your items should be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks.
Items are most usually delayed during customs process, however we have found that most of our customers receive their orders, on average, in around 11 -21 days and some even quicker depending on location. If after 28 days you have not received your order, then please contact us.
Where are Items Shipped From?
Products in our store are sourced primarily from Australia, United States and Asia. We utilise established suppliers with good reputations that meet our expectations and scrutiny.
Because we utilise several suppliers, if you have ordered several items from our Attic they may arrive separately within days of each other.
Why Did The Products I Order Arrive Separately?
Products in the Attic are sourced from a variety of suppliers. Please be aware that because of this they may not arrive packaged together, dependant on the items you've selected. They may arrive in individual packets delivered within days of each other.
My Item Has Not Arrived What Do I Do?
As we offer tracking we can usually determine where your parcel is. However on the odd occasion it can disappear from the radar, so to speak!
If it's been more than 28 days and no tracking info is available then please contact us.
REFUNDS
When Am I Entitled To A Refund?
Please Note: Please read our Refund Policy.
We happily refund items that are received in damaged condition or if the item received is not as requested. Lost shipments are replaced or refunded dependent on your preference. As we utilise a tracking service lost parcels are not a common issue.
We DO NOT refund simply because you have changed your mind.
Downloaded printable items are also not refundable.

As soon as your item is returned (if applicable) and assessed, you will receive an email of confirmation. Funds are refunded within 24 hours of approval back to account used to purchase.

Nope, No, Nah!
Frantic Attic does not see nor have your credit details at all. Your details are encrypted at checkout via shopify. We are not going to be holidaying in the Bahamas compliments of your card details.
Why Don't You Accept Paypal?
We don't offer Paypal due to it's high transaction fees. In order to offer Free Shipping to our customers we needed to assess our costs and Paypal was not viable for many reasons.
We offer secure ssl encrypted checkout with shopify, a tried, true and trusted platform. We have had no complaints nor issues yet.

Can I Get FREE Shipping On A FREE Item Offer?
Short answer is yes.
If you add a free item to your cart with other items that total over $50 then the total order qualifies for Free Shipping.Can I Have More Than One Free Item?
Free Items are limited to one per customer. You can add 100 of them to your cart but you will still receive only one.
We reward our customers with Freebies on a regular basis. If you have signed up for our newsletter then you will be one of the first to be notified ensuring you never miss out.

Our Attic is jam packed full of quirky products and information. Our aim is to make it a one stop place to hang around, do a bit of shopping, have a read, learn something new and simply explore.
