Refund & Return Policy
WHEN WE REFUND
We happily refund items that are received in damaged condition or if the item received is not as requested. Lost shipments are replaced or refunded dependent on your preference. However as we utilise a tracking service we can usually hunt these down for you.
We DO NOT refund simply because you have changed your mind or because your shipment is later than our estimated delivery time. Delivery estimates do not take into account any delays coming through customs which can differ country to country.
Downloaded printable items are also not refundable.
Rather than have you return items we ask that you simply either dispose of them, recycle if possible or donate them to goodwill.
Each returned item leaves it's own Carbon footprint and we're mindful of our contribution. ♥ Thank You ♥
Simply complete the form below making sure to upload images of the damage to you item and a detailed description.
Once your refund request is received it will be processed within 72 hours and if approved your funds remitted within 48 hours of approval.
